The atomic bomb
The big three known as Stalin, Churchill, and Roosevelt created their own pact. Roosevelt did not want to be involved in World War 2, but they brought him in. He created a hiding place were he would make an atomic bomb that would finish the war and Japan would surrender. Roosevelt would call this "The Manhattan Project" which was creating an atomic bomb to destroy part of Japan and stop the war. After Roosevelt's death we was not able to complete his dream in seeing the project come alive and the next U.S. President would have to finish Roosevelt's dream. The new president was Truman we was to complete the Atomic Bomb and find out were it was going to be dropped and finish the war. Truman put Byrnes in charge of the atomic bomb project. Stalin was not informed about the Atomic Bomb. Churchill was the one that took the decision on where to drop the atomic bomb was going to drop. He chose it to be in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Effects of the bomb
The effects of this bomb was that it had radiation that affects and killed lots of people. This radiation would go into the peoples body and kill them from inside out. Also, lots of people were burned when the bomb landed. Lots of life were lots but they were worth it because then their would not be no more soldiers losing their lives.
